A Bit About Me

Rooted in the serene landscapes of the Rocky Mountains, my connection with nature runs deep, shaping my perspective on life and therapy. I pursued my academic journey in the realms of English Literature at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, before delving into the world of Counseling at Montana State University for my Master's degree.

My professional path began with an enriching internship at Livingston Mental Health, where I provided counseling to individuals grappling with chronic mental health issues. This experience laid the foundation for my subsequent role in Bozeman at Thrive - Resources for Montana Parents, where I dedicated my efforts to family support and served as a Parent Liaison.

With over two decades of experience in Private Practice, my focus primarily lies in working with adults and adolescents, offering them a space for healing and growth. While my practice is predominantly individual-focused, I am also open to working with select couples, guiding them through their unique journeys. My background, both personal and professional, blends into a holistic approach, where I aim to align the intricacies of the human mind with the tranquility of the natural world

A Bit More About Me

Outside of counseling, my passion for the great outdoors takes center stage. You'll often find me somewhere in the vibrant Bozeman landscape, whether I'm carving down ski slopes, rucking through scenic trails, cycling along winding paths, or scaling rocky terrains. These activities are not just hobbies; they're an extension of my commitment to a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Additionally, my competitive spirit shines in Obstacle Course Racing, particularly in Spartan Races, where I challenge myself physically and mentally, embodying the resilience and determination I advocate in my practice.
